Airbnb Lists an Exact Replica of the Iconic ‘Up’ House for Rent

Ever wonder what it would feel like to live inside a floating house? We’re all lucky, as Carl Fredricksen is allowing us to rent out his floating house for a night, complete with more than 8,000 balloons that appear to "lift the house" from the ground.

Launched by the online travel booking website Airbnb in celebration of the Pixar movie’s 15th anniversary, the iconic “Up” house is just one of the many extraordinary experiences that Airbnb has launched as part of "Icons,” where it focuses on giving real-life experiences from the world’s greatest icons.

Making the experience more organic, the Airbnb listing is hosted by none other than Carl Fredricksen. Complete with details, just like a usual Airbnb listing would be. From photos to descriptions of the place and the host, the website has perfectly planned this extraordinary experience for their guests.

Upon arriving at the place located in Abiquiu, New Mexico, in the United States, guests will arrive as Junior Wilderness Explorers and will be doing mini adventures to earn badges, just like in the movie.

Pixar fans can request to book the “Up” house through this listing until May 13.

Aside from the “Up” house, a total of 11 iconic experiences are set to be launched by Airbnb this year, including an overnight stay at the Headquarters of Riley’s Emotions, a Bollywood star experience with Janhvi Kapoor, an overnight stay inside the Ferrari Museum, and a whole lot more.
